1. General

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to all products and services purchased from Qwerty Technical Solutions Company Limited (“Qwerty Technical Solutions”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service.

2. Services (Web Design, Hosting, IT Solutions)

  • Due to the nature of digital and technical services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.
  • Refunds may be considered if a project has not yet started and significant resources have not been allocated.
  • Hosting and subscription-based services are billed in advance. If cancelled, they will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. Partial refunds are not provided for unused time.
  • Setup, configuration, and administrative fees are non-refundable.

Note: Specific services such as web design, hosting, and IT solutions are also governed by their respective service agreements or contracts. In the event of any conflict between this policy and an individual contract, the terms of the individual contract shall prevail.

3. Products (Hardware, Peripherals, Accessories)

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required to process a return.
  • Returns are not accepted for clearance or final-sale items unless defective.
  • Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was received defective or incorrect.

4. Warranty

All products sold by Qwerty Technical Solutions include a 30-day in-house warranty covering manufacturer defects.

During this period, items may be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion, subject to inspection, fault verification, and stock availability. Proof of purchase is required for all claims.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by physical impact, liquid or moisture exposure, electrical surges or improper use, misuse, neglect, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

Items with missing, altered, or tampered serial numbers, warranty seals, or identification labels may be ineligible for warranty service.

7-Day DOA (Dead-on-Arrival)

Products confirmed as manufacturer defective within 7 days of purchase may qualify for immediate replacement, subject to stock availability.

After 30 days, all warranty claims must be made directly to the product manufacturer or authorized distributor. Manufacturer warranty periods typically range from 1–3 years depending on the product.

Qwerty Technical Solutions will provide proof of purchase to support manufacturer claims but is not responsible for warranty service beyond the 30-day in-house period.

5. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed via direct bank transfer within 7–10 business days. Customers must provide valid bank account details to receive a refund.
  • Refunds cannot be returned through Wipay Caribbean once payment has been captured.
  • We reserve the right to deduct handling or restocking fees where applicable.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need an exchange, please contact us at contactus@qwertytechnicalsolutions.com within 7 days of delivery.
